It’s disappointing just how far the provincial government under Doug ford is willing to sell of and profit from the degradation of our natural areas.

People need to care to want to protect anything or understand it. It’s clear Doug ford cares about nothing but the green in his pocket. Conservation authorities are critical to the management of the natural areas and watersheds they represent. They hold local knowledge that is specific to the areas they represent. You cannot amalgamate them and expect the same level of understand and care to be involved in meeting the needs of the places they represent. And that’s exactly what it seems the provincial government is banking on. They want people with too much on their hands they can’t actually do anything. No to this today and always. Doug ford is always willing to make cuts where the people feel it most. This plan isn’t to the benefit of anyone but the people trying to dismantle our province. The time for apathy is over and we should all care about this.
