We agree with HCA's submission to the ERO. We are concerned about losing local decision-making and about supporting conservation decisions in our community. Stop developing larger bureaucracies that ignore local needs and are expensive to run. After all, wasn't regional government eliminated?

Please increase the input from local environmental groups, Aboriginal voices, especially now, during record-breaking wildfires in Canada, food insecurity, and agricultural land that needs to feed our future generations. Place funds in other areas to support sustainability.
