I am very concerned about this proposal. As someone with a science degree who has worked in environmental science for years, it is clear that no one with a science background was consulted for this. Putting several completely different watersheds together into one CA is ensuring that they will not be managed appropriately. You are trying to destroy the environment, and the people who live in these communities will pay the price when their properties flood, etc due to poor management. You are already trying to destroy schools and healthcare, have eliminated protections of endangered species. I don't see how any of these things have positive impacts on society.
