It strikes me odd that a society, Canada, that is placing restrictions on multitudes of processes to limit discharges, effluents and climate changing activities has working within it a provincial segment as a regulating body willing to increase the toxic load on our environment.
It baffles me, the incongruent directions being taken by federal and provincial governing bodies!
