Please do not let this development proceed. We do not need sewage being discharged into the Goulais River. Your own studies support this view. The phosphorus levels in the river are already above acceptable levels as indicated by the Ontario regulations. Allowing this development to proceed as is will only further stress not only the river but also Goulais Bay and ultimately Lake Superior. Please listen to the people of Goulais River who have lived on the water for decades and have already seen a decrease in the health of the water. We do not need this discharge into the river. If Searchmont wants to expand then they must find another way to handle their waste water.
