Then blow the water on the hill. ALL YEAR ROUND. If it is good for the river then it's good for the hill and to make snow with directly from the treated tank. Propose the plant that way. You may have less resistance. Or haul the treated water to town. I swim in that river. My kids drink it. We rely on this river far more than anyone realizes. We don't need more chemicals in the river. Many animals rely on this river, in turn thT we rely on. There is nothing good or beneficial with this idea. There are alternatives. Seek them out instead. I suggest getting the ski hill working properly first. If he can't do that then how can we trust him with this valuable resource of ours.
