I can understand that we need housing.
But flooding a small town with mega structure will be a problem.
I realize having housing near the transit hub is a good idea 33% of the day, but the amount of traffic congestion will be a tragedy the other 67% of the day.
Oakville is a car centric, though we tried to make OakPark a live work community and it backfired. Getting from the south end to the northern of oakville is a nightmare and 30 to 40 mins travel time when at most it should 15 min it should be.
This project doesn't have real life expectancy.
