Hello,

The density proposed by the government is not going to work currently or in the future, upon the anticipated completion as outlined - more careful details MUST be added BEFORE moving further.

I suggest the Government of Ontario - have the developers legally commit to many changes in the entrances to the highway - QEW. Currently Lions Lane is a deadend as is South Service Rd west of the current area where Home Depot resides. There needs to be more roads and bridges buiit to connect from the west of the area to allow entrances for both east and west bound traffic on the QEW. It is reasonable as not all people will be commuting by the GO train. Moreover, many parents will still need to take their kids to school by car. The developer MUST be responsible for these new roads and safety zones as well - NOT the tax payer.

Speaking of children - the government MUST require of the developer included a specific safety zone for the estimated number of kids that are expected to be transported back and forth by school bus? This is a very important aspect for families living in the buidlings.
That being said regarding kids-the government MUST require of the developer have many units with 3 or 4 bedrooms - familes need need more than 2 bedroom suites - boys and girls may share a bedroom but only until around 8 years and then they require separate bedrooms as they approach puberty - this is extremely important.

We want a safe and friendly modern community - not build ghetto-like situations - I recall driving through part of the then outskirts of New York city in the 70s and 80s and the rows of brownstone large apartments were sad and not kept up - we DO NOT to erect buildings that will result in over-crowded sad situations.

Perhaps a hotel as well as other hospitality businesses are to be included. More than one daycare needs to be included as well - the studies of the expected number of families would need to be estimated in the studies for the developer to build the proper spaces for small kids near green space that would be fenced off with separate playground.

I hope these items are being addressed.
