As a resident and homeowner on Scugog, I have concern that this corporation will be taking this water for pennies to turn a profit without any consideration to the lake conservation. What happens in 5 years of f their business does well and they want to significantly increase what they take? Will the amount they take actually be monitored? Are there safeguards in place to prevent them taking water when the lake levels are low?
