I live in the immediate area affected by this application and am strongly opposed. My rights as a homeowner should not be impeded by an industrial complex. Concrete crushing and the presence of silica dust should NOT be permitted this close to a residential neighbourhood. Stubbe's needs to find an acceptable zoning area for this type of process instead of repurposing agricultural zoned land that negatively affects the surrounding properties.
