I am supportive of the proposed changes pertaining to simplifying Site Plan Approval, which has become a cumbersome an ineffective process as demonstrated by the OAA. Further consideration should be given to completely exempting building types including schools and long-term care homes that involve Provincial review of their designs, making municipal design reviews redundant.
