I am concerned about the potential gutting of the Toronto Green Development Standard in this Bill. When new homes aren’t built to meet high energy standards, people end up paying more for heating, cooling, and electricity over the building’s lifetime. The government of the province is meant to make the lives of Ontarians better, not worse.
