On behalf of the Town of Newmarket, we are pleased to submit the attached staff report containing the Town’s comments on Bill 98, the Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act, 2026.
This submission is provided in response to ERO posting 026‑0300.
The Town appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed legislative changes and to contribute to the Province’s ongoing work to support housing delivery and infrastructure planning.
