I absolutely disagree with these proposed amendments. The Provincial government is becoming tyrannical in its approach to municipalities.
Please focus on other elements of the municipalities such as creating standardized salary scales and please keep your hands off of our ability to design and create the municipalities we want. The government has made huge missteps on immigration numbers and we are now all paying the price for this push for more homes, more homes, more homes. We don't even recognize our hometowns anymore.
This government really does need to go and make way for a government that really cares about what taxpayers want. It's not this type of legislation.
