It serves as a primary example of corporate profit pursuit over human rights.” The Bolivian people had to collect water from rivers, lakes, and rainwater, and were fined if they tried to collect water to stay alive. In the end, the people violently got rid of the politicians.

I am a senior citizen who can ill afford to pay higher taxes for infrastructure and pay higher water bills. I highly protest the way Ford’s government is rushing this through. I just read about this in The Conversation this morning.
