On behalf of the Mayfield Tullamore Landowner Group, MGP requests that the proposed ineligibility criteria be revised to: (1) provide an exception for lands identified through a Master Parks Agreement or other voluntary agreement; (2) confirm that lands removed from the NHS through the Greenbelt Plan's permitted one-time municipal conformity refinement are not ineligible for conveyance; and (3) confirm that lands outside the NHS designated for parkland and recreational uses by the applicable official plan are eligible for conveyance and parkland dedication credit.
