Regarding proposed changes to: Minister's zoning act - "remove the legislative requirement for the Minister to provide notice on proposed amendments".
This does not seem to be in the best interest of the communities, how would communities be notified of big development projects happening around their neighbourhood? How will public consultation on proposed amendments be conducted, if there is no requirement to notify the public?
