Support for ERO 026-0305
Attached is my letter expressing support for the proposed amendments under ERO 026-0305 to permit the electronic submission of planning information and materials and the electronic delivery of notices to the Province.
More specifically it supports removing the requirement for application commissioning, consistent with the accompanying submission by Stephanie Bergman of Middlesex Centre.
The letter also encourages the Province to further reduce administrative burden by introducing a single standardized form for Zoning, Minor Variance, and Site Plan applications across municipalities, while still allowing application-specific supporting materials where needed.
Overall, the proposed changes promote a more consistent, efficient, and streamlined planning approvals process.
