Commentaire
This proposal to remove the necessity to review, update or maintain an existing plan and exempt some facilities from future planning and reporting obligations is just as bad or worse than the proposal to repeal the Toxics Reduction Act.
This proposal will gut the incentive for industries to reduce their environmental impact.
As such it will be harmful to Ontario's citizens, its children and our future children.
