Bill 66 Schedule 10 should be abandoned for reasons I stated in comments to other proposals. There is no need for this law for municipalities to be open for business. They all are, anyway and do not need to give away the protections and evidence- based planning that's been done to attract business.
The job creation referred to...is it temporary jobs like constructing a business or permanent jobs?
In terms of use, it would be a travesty if secondary uses of residential were allowed especially on the Greenbelt and the Oak Ridges Moraine lands. Because regs are made by the minister or cabinet and not subject to public scrutiny I am very concerned the regulations made in private will be even worse.
