Please consider the environment and sensitive areas - Greenbelt (Oak Ridges Moraine) as a priority. Preserving our environment is more important in the long term than immediate business improvement and employment considerations. There is far too much development in York Region at this time! Slow down and consider the long-term environmental implications for future generations. I am concerned for my grand-children's future and living conditions related to the sensitivity of the environment. This is more critical than the current government's ability to make quick-fixes to gain votes in the short term.
