The open for business planning tool is draconian in that it negates all the progress made in developing good planning policies to allow reasonable development and environmental protection. This tool will open the door to poor environmental decisions and set back water and habitat protection to a time when degradation was the norm. Surely we have advanced beyond this kind of “special treatment for our political friends” kind of policy.
