As an Archaeologist, I fear this Bill will be a detriment to my career. What I am certain of is that this Bill will be a detriment to the culture that is still evident within the soil of this land. Archaeological and environmental work is in place not to stop development, but as a tool to ensure that development doesn’t also cause destruction.
