To ease the burden on businesses and government workers:

1) All reports should have separate "Save" and "Submit" options

- provide opportunity for businesses to check work and prevent accidental provision of inaccurate information.

- Allow the system to contain a historical log for reporting recovery, assistance and/or audits.

2) TSRP inventory and plan summary information should auto populate from previous years, maintain the ability to edit any forwarded information and provide the opportunity to add new information.

- Allow for easier transmission of data and more accurate/consistent transmission of data between years and reports.

- Allow business to more easily update individual substances or certain information regarding a single substance.

3) TSRP inventory and summary should be able to draw information from one another while maintaining the ability to edit any forwarded information and provide the opportunity to add new information.

- Allow for easier transmission of data and more accurate/consistent transmission of data between years and reports.

- Allow business to more easily update individual substances or certain information regarding a single substance.

4) When consulted, and if necessary, the help desk should be given access to the live SWIM environment and have the ability to make actual changes in real time, with or on behalf of the business.

- Help desk is currently works in a test environment with snapshots of business reports. This limits the ability, efficiency and effectiveness of the Help Desk.

- Will allow for better and faster problem solving

- Will reduce case backlog
