1. We should be mortgaging only with the Bank of Canada - we don't really own the land anyways - so why the "middle-man" - artificially rising interest rates related - baloney - stop bailing out fossil fuels etc.
2. Why is Gross income used and not NET...Gross is not "real money" (and as long as we are not on the gold standard...it is all not real money and based on trades of "bogus" paper.
3. Why did Canada not sue in the 2008 mortgage fall out? Banks bailed but citizens who are the back bone of the world economy were ignored, lost homes....if you fail to prepare - you prepare to fail.

4,a. Homeless? Revamp family laws that all members have to come before a judge - speaking from experience - this would have prevented my brother from becoming a homeless - outed a police officer sibling for cruelty, manipulation and a parent that was mentally incapable of raising children.
4.a.i. Homeless? BUILD URBAN GREENHOUSES that they can work in and live in. They need to eat fresh food - living on "nonperishables" does not have the living enzymes for adequate health! No one will hire a gaunt, toothless, scab ridden, sorry state of a human!! Good GOD...how low has this province sunk to throw people to the streets to die. This started in the 70's when mentally ill funding was retracted...PUT PHD's in the school system to evaluate...teachers are not trained!! ADD ADHD - there is your first drug addiction...PUT THE HOMELESS living quarters beside jails - NO DRUG DEALER WILL FOLLOW THEM THERE!! The inmates need to grow their own food too. Every reaction has a equal and opposite reaction...scrimp on funding for children upfront...and you pay with policing/jail in the long run.
5. PUT CHEAPER HOUSING AROUND COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES...here in Windsor our bus service is so bad it takes hours to get to school from Huron Church and College...The Herb Parkway should have included BUS ONLY LANES LIKE OTTAWA ONTARIO. No one wants to live in poverty...create "Stepping Stones"...if work dries up...go back to school for another trade/technology that has replaced it.
6. Our leaders are so detached from the real world...come live in the streets for months and really see what is going on. War Vet's...you watch someone get blown up and not have PTSD...it is real and the gov't ignores it.

OUNCE OF PREVENTION = POUND OF CURE - TEACH SEX EDUCATION DIFFERENTLY - the women is the "House" and the "Casino always wins" meaning...the male has just as much responsibility and is equal in the "deed". Respect that the women are the ultimate decision maker because they are the ones that get pregnant!!. The Catholic religion should not be teaching "rhythm" by supposedly celebrate men?? There are many ways to have "pleasure" and not intercourse that produces a baby. 8. You do not raise a family on WELFARE...the minimum income laws should only be for small income producing businesses...if you have a successful business...pay as such!! Highline Mushrooms is a good example - minimum wage - increases if your productivity goes up (i.e. work you to death) - insane long hours (how do you see your family/have a life?) - they do give benefits and stock options. The biggest mushroom producer in the world can't pay better? Did you know you can get mushroom pneumonia...the spores get in your lungs...where is the worker's protection benefit package? Where is the proper head gear so you are breathing clean air to prevent this?
9. We are falling apart - "Only as strong as your weakest link" "Bleed the host dry - and both perish"
10. How many educated people do we have running the gov't and this is the mess we are in?
