I have 12 acres of land in Wainfleet Ont
The land has been designated and zoned Rural for over 20 years
February of 2018 without any notice it was designated prime agricultural
This makes no sense
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food took soil samples back in 1995 and deemed the soil
to not be suitable for agriculture
The Ministry along with the Township and Region supported the change to Rural
I would hope that the property here would be placed back to Rural status with this proposed amendment
