There are no details about the contents of the proposed changes to the regulations or the Act, only notification of a change. The following link should have been included in the posting so that the public, and more specifically holders of prospectors permit, was made aware of the details of the proposed changes. Notices of the changes should have been sent to all claim holders rather than the assumption of implied consent.
