I am submitting comments…

I am submitting comments that were compiled by several staff within the Ecosystems Team of Stantec Consulting. The comments are derived from our collective experience with dealing with the ESA on numerous projects across a variety of sectors. It is our hope that the Ministry makes the protection and recovery of species a high priority. There can be improvements to the implementation and administration of the act, but legislative changes do not seem necessary. I have attached a document with our detailed comments.
