The proposal details here are incredibly misleading. It seems like many of the revisions to the ESA would actually not be beneficial to species at risk at all! Especially "Area of Focus 4 - Authorization Processes." These changes would not benefit the species at risk at all — they are simply changes that would make it easier for government and businesses to damaging habitat. The ESA is not about "economic development," it's about saving species at risk!!! This is completely ridiculous and I can't believe that these changes are being proposed
