I’m not in favour of this as most older vehicles are not designed to run on this stuff. It will require a separate pump to dispense it. Only with strict requirements to keep it separate from regular fuel, will this work. I believe that motorcycles and outboard motors will be a risk with this fuel. In order for this to be acceptable, you will have to require that what is now available be always readily available and that any new grade be kept separate and clearly marked as such.
