Move the regulatory role of Conservation Authorities over to the municipalities/Counties. They already have a full department of trained planners. i work at a rural CA and there is so much inefficiency because we need a full department for the small amount of regulations we enforce.

Also there is a lack of consistency between different CAs in how they treat drainage projects and violations.

Tree planting programs need to be streamlined. I don't even want to know how many trees from the 50 million tree program have died out shortly after planting. I've seen hundreds of failed tree projects at our CA from a lack of responsibility and care.
