I strongly support the Official Plan Amendment #405 in particular Option #3 restricting the height levels of future buildings in the area east of Yonge Street ,north of Eglinton. There are already far too many buildings in this area over 20 levels high. They block the light and airflow and take away the residential flavour of the the Mount Pleasant area. We are already suffering from traffic problems and our community facilities/amenities are strained, More super high buildings and the additional residents they will bring will make things worse. ¿ the height of new developments must be restricted to a maximum of 20 levels.
