I completely support OPA 405…

I completely support OPA 405 because it is a plan that will best serve current and future residents of this area. It provides the only responsible way to proceed in this heavily populated area of Toronto, an area which in the next few years will see about 36K new residents. We are now, and will be further severely underserved when it comes to schools, subway access, parks and public spaces, day care facilities and the other services which provide for a complete community where residents may live, work and spend leisure time in a city which strives to be 'world class'. Residentsdo not want to see this area become a sorry, deprived part of Toronto. Instead we want to become a model of civil, twenty first century urban living.
