How SPECIFICALLY does the Province propose to reconcile the very strictly prescribed, minimum %age and sizes of 2-BR and 3-BR requirements with the affordability issue? The policy that requires - not recommends - that 25% of all buildings' units be made up of 2-BR and 3-BRs of specific minimum sizes seems to be made in total isolation of the actual cost of such a unit. Specific strategies to address this are requested in the response.
