I fully support the recommendations of the TOcore study. In particular, TOcore will stimulate infrastructure improvements that will support the increase in downtown walking that we have witnessed in the present decade. Toronto has become the fourth largest city in North America, presenting new challenges that TOcore will address. It is essential that TOcore be formally adopted in order to make Toronto’s city centre function in a sustainable and liveable manner.
