I'm very concerned about the future of Ontario Place as well as provincial funding for Toronto. As our province's economic engine, we need Toronto to keep attracting the best talent and business intetests. That means investing in Toronto as a livable city; green spaces, public spaces, and prioritizing the interests of residents over those of developers. Investing in new and upgraded infrastructure is essential for maintaining the city's economic power for the benefitbof the entire province. It is especially important to make sure Ontario Place serves the public, and to protect it from the kind of development thst would degrade the city, like a casino or a condo park. I'm concerned that petty political resentment could continue to cause pooly conceived decisions to be made that would negatively impact Toronto, and therefore our province. I urge you to make sure that the long-term best interests of the public are what guide decision making. Thank you.
