I support the policies of TOCore. All cities should have a long-term goal for managing growth and infrastructure. Our downtown core will benefit from the plan to direct growth, land use, parks and public realm, transportation, built form, community services and facilities, culture, housing, resiliency and water. In particular I support the "Land First" approach, prioritization of walking/cycling over cars (we have far too many cars on our roads!!!), low-carbon approaches, and more multi-bedroom units in condos.
