Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Re: EBR Registry number 013-3485, Official Plan Amendment 406 through By-law 1111-2018 (The TOCore Downtown Secondary Plan) We are writing to express our concerns regarding the TOCore Downtown Secondary Plan in that the document is too vague and does not take into account specific planning needs of individual neighbourhoods. The Bloor-Yorkville community needs and should have its own secondary plan, in order to provide better guidance and direction to future developments. Toronto is a city of neighbourhoods, having varied characteristics, which should be recognized. We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to planning. Thank you.
