As the proponent of this amending application, we have been asked by a member of the public to hold
an open house regarding this project to better describe what is being applied for.  Although we are
not required to do so, we are willing to hold this open house.  Unfortunately, there is little time
between now and the close of the comment period to prepare and hold the open house and then leave
ample time for responses.  As such, we are requesting an extension to the end of the comment period
from September 28, 2018 until October 26, 2018
