Please accept the following comments on behalf of Energy Profiles Limited:
1. The Ontario EWRB legislature requires reporting of water data as well as energy. On this basis, water utilities should be included in the Green Button requirement, along with energy providers.
2. The minimum 'discrete interval' for which data should be provided should be specified as monthly.
3. It should be explicitly stated that ENERGY would propose to REQUIRE that energy providers make data available to third parties via Connect My Data (CMD), not just Download My Data (DMD).
