This is an absolutely brilliant idea. The 400 series highways around the Hamilton and Toronto area are a death trap for motorcycles. Allowing use of the HOV lanes by motorcycles would ease traffic congestion at key times and could prompt more commuters to ride their motorcycles as a fuel efficient alternative, something they may be avoiding due to the many dangers of riding on those highways.
