I am appalled that the government should be using Bill 108 to return to something like the old OMB rules and regulations through the LPAT, letting unelected people, often very influenced by greedy developers, to overrule City planners/city dwellers.
Development charges also needed to help provide community services across the city. Why would this government - "for the people"- reduce these charges?????
