I do not understand how a heavy industrial cement plant can comply to any of the government norms, being situated in a agricultural, rural and residential area. To me it is absolutely impossible. All types of nuisance will in effect be irritating to all residents with in a radius much more large than what is prescribed in Ontario's regulations. A cement plant is incompatible with this area in all matters.
