I am concerned with the proposed changes making access to services such as libraries and other vital recreation facilities difficult for new community developments.
It is imperative that any new communities built or developed integrate walkable, accessible, and affordable recreation and leisure, access to education through libraries and other public services, green spaces such as parks and community gardens, and necessities like groceries within a distance accessible by public transportation or walking distance.
