1) - remove Schedule 11, Ontario Heritage Act, out of Bill 108,
and
2) consult with
- the municipalities required to and making (integrated planning [Provincial Policy Statement, Official Plans, Ontario Heritage Act, etc.]) TAXPAYER FUNDED decisions based on advice from the legislated sectors i.e. Municipal Heritage Committees, and
- citizens/TAXPAYERS comprising the heritage sector of, but not limited to, heritage stewards, owners, practitioners, heritage advocates and "buffs".
