To build and operate the facility and infrastructure in proposal you will need much more sawlog quality fibre than is available.I participated in 10 year and 20 year management plans for this region back in 90's as industry rep and fibre was not there then to support 1 shift in Mattawa.
Have you done a due diligence on financing or is this another money pit for government funding like the Temagami Forest Products mill or the Chapleau mill recently sold for scrap metal value?
Other functioning,solvent self financed mills will need the sawlog volumes you might be allocating to this mill.
