1. Proposed ON-SITE USE AND EXCESS SOIL MANAGEMENT REGULATION
• Operation of a reuse site section 13.1, the proposed limit of 10,000 m3 is much higher than the previously proposed limit of 2,000 m3. Most Site Alteration By-laws consider limits of 2,000 to 5,000 m3 to be large fill operations at reuse sites. A smaller threshold should be considered.
