Have you lost your mind??
You want to attract wild bears to gather within 30 meters of public places that encourage ATV riding and hikers etc and public roads.... AND have hunters firing rifles also in that area.
My father would roll over in his grave if he heard of this. He guided American hunters every spring in
northern Ontario. He used bait and the hunters had a blind to sit in..As most hunters were there for a week, my father told them not to shoot at the first sight of a bear ..but to watch it for a few days to make sure it was not a female with cubs. Also his baits were in the woods far from anywhere.
First came Trump. then Ford..
Give me a break!!!
