This is a dreadful proposal - completely unthought through, just catering for the trophy hunters with no concern for either people who enjoy walking the trails or families picnicking or camping in the countryside - or the poor bears whose habitat this is. Even if hunting was ethical (which it's not), this is no better than CANNED HUNTING - park your car on the road, get out and murder a bear just yards from your car. cruel, harsh, brutal, callous, sadistic, severe, savage, vicious, barbaric, barbarous; bestial, monstrous, inhuman, fiendish, diabolical, evil, wicked, heinous; merciless, ruthless, pitiless, unpitying, remorseless, cold-blooded, heartless, hard-hearted, stone-hearted, with a heart of stone, unforgiving; unkind, unkindly, inconsiderate, unsympathetic, unfeeling, uncaring, unethical, immoral, amoral, unprincipled, unscrupulous, dishonourable, wrong, dishonest, deceitful, disreputable, unconscionable, fraudulent, dirty, unfair, underhand, devious, slippery, bad, wicked, evil, sinful, iniquitous, corrupt, depraved, villainous. All of these.
