This seems completely unreasonable and unfair. These bears are a beautiful species and we need to keep them safe. We should not ‘bait’ bears and then kill them. They are often not posing any threat towards humans, and the ones who may become dangerous do so BECAUSE They have been humanized and become to comfortable with the human species. We should not feed the wildlife. They need to maintain a lifestyle away from any threats caused by humans. Have the decency to understand how cruel we have become. Bears are naturally a species that rates top on the food chain. Humans are much lower - fire and weapons are the only things that have illusions ourselves to being more powerful than these bears. It is completely unnatural. We cannot let this happen. Protect the bears. Protect the world. Bears are already in extreme danger. Have a heart people. For once just step outside yourselves and empathize with these animals. Give them hope and show change. It is really sad that we are even proposing this... give the planet some hope. Keep things running in their natural cycle. This proposal is anything but humane.
